Q. Why is checkout not accepting my email address?

A. This is most likely because you have already been registered for a user account. Check your email from Sovereign World, then login using your registered email and auto-assigned password (found in the email).

 

Q. I can’t find the book I want – help!

A. Use the search at the top right – searching either by title, author or ISBN. If you hover your mouse over ‘ALL TITLES’ in the top left menu, you will see sub categories appear that may help shortlist the books you are interested in.

 

Q. Can I buy your titles elsewhere?

A. Yes. They are available from all good Christian bookshops, Ellel Ministries, Amazon and also from our international distributors.

 

Q. Who are your international sellers?

A. Check our international trading partners here. Books are available in the US, Canada, South Africa, Singapore, Canada, Australia and more.

 

Q. Do you sell eBOOKS?

A. Yes, we are gradually rolling out ebook conversions each month on most of our titles. Please check our ebook category  for a list of ebooks currently available in formats you can choose from (epub, Kindle, MobiPocket and PDF).

 

Q. Does Sovereign World publish children's books or poetry?

A. No, we regretfully don't. Before approaching us about publishing please study our website for the type of books we publish.

 

Q. Is Sovereign World a self-publisher?

A. No, we are principally a commercial trade publisher, meaning we bear all the costs of production, oversee marketing and promotions and most importantly ensure a new book receives distribution channels globally. However, we do have a self-publishing imprint called Gleam Press. Request more details from our contact form. 

 

Q. How do I open a trade account?

A. Please contact us directly and we will be delighted to send you a trade information pack.

Q. Do you have a catalogue?

A. We have a brochure for latest and bestselling titles, which you can request using our contact form. For the full range of books currently in stock and available, our website is the best source of information. If it isn't on the website it usually means it is not available. Check our 'coming soon' section. We are also registered with Nielsen.

 

Q. I forgot my password and I cannot login.

A. Click "My Account" at the top of the page and then click "Forgot Your Password?". Enter your email and a new password will be sent to you.

 

Q. How can I tell if you received my order?

A. Log in to "My Account" and click "My Orders" in the left column. If there are no orders it means you have not completed the order (i.e. you still need to make a successful payment).

 

Q. How long does it take to deliver?

A. For the UK, usually between 1-3 working days, but up to 5 potentially, especially in certain holiday seasons or during busy promotions. Internationally it is usually 5 working days, but there have been occasions of up to 21 days if there are customs hold ups.

 

Q. I don’t have a PayPal account – how do I pay?

A. On the PayPal payment page you don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay. You have the option to pay by just entering in your credit card details. The option is on the first PayPal page you are directed to. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
