At time of publishing we ensure every effort to provide details and prices which are correct. All orders are subject to availability and all prices include VAT where this is applicable. Should any mistakes affecting your order arise we will contact you to explain any alternative options available.
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours or on the next working day after receipt of your order. Please be aware all items may take up to 21 working days (28 days if outside Europe) to arrive with you. This may be particularly so if any item is out of stock. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after you have placed it at our site.
Your payment card will be authorised and charged when your order is received at Sovereignworld.com. Any delays in this process may result in a delay in delivery and we will contact you as necessary if this occurs. Even with good stock management sometimes it’s necessary to backorder items. You may cancel backordered items at any time and your credit/debit card will be reimbursed should it have been charged. You will not receive any additional postage charges for backordered deliveries.
If any product advertised for sale becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control then it’s possible we may be unable to fulfil your order. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and will try with all means possible at our disposable to source the item on your behalf via alternative channels. We will of course contact you should this occur but rest assured this would be an extremely rare occurrence should it arise.
All credit or debit card submissions for orders must be made through our card processor PayPal Europe Ltd, via our web site . PayPal are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority here in the UK and are owned by one of the largest companies in the world – Ebay.
PayPal are used by some of the worlds’ foremost companies such as Dell to process credit card orders at their web sites. Importantly for online buyers security, PayPal are also third party. This means Sovereign World Ltd will never see your credit/debit card details at any time. Pay Pal also have one of the most advanced online security credit card payment systems available today and currently have over 90 million customers worldwide.

At our discretion we reserve the right not to sell to trade customers for re-sale purposes even though we do supply the Christian Book trade as a whole. The only reason why we may have to adopt this procedure is: a) If we do not have the publishing rights for certain territories. b) If initial stocks are sold out and it is no longer economic to reprint enough books for selling through the trade to be profitable.
It is not our intention to refuse to supply trade customers but we may do so without recourse or explanation required on our behalf.None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
