How do I add a book to my Shopping Cart?
Simply click the ‘Add Book’ button to add items to your shopping cart. You can then choose to adjust quantities, proceed to checkout and pay with your debit or credit card or continue browsing and adding additional items as you wish.
When you have finished browsing click ‘Checkout’ at the top of the site where you will be given the choice to add any coupon offer numbers you may have and then click ‘Go’.
The next page will then give your final ‘Grand Total’ price including offers, postage & packing etc. All you do then is click ‘Proceed to payment’ where you will enter your card and delivery details via our credit card processor PayPals 128 bit secure server.
You will then be able to print a copy of your order for your records. You will also receive an email confirming details of your order within a few minutes of it being placed with us.
How do I use my Coupon?
Once you’ve added a book to the shopping cart you’ll see an empty text field below your order which says ‘Coupons’ – enter your coupon offer number in this field and then click ‘Go’ to proceed.
How do I know if you received my order?
You will find yourself at an order confirmation page which will detail the successful purchase you have just made. You may print this page for your records. In addition you will also receive another confirmation of your successful order via email.
What if I don’t have PayPal?
That’s not a problem. We give you the choice – if you prefer to pay with your own PayPal account then you may do so. If you don’t or don’t have a PayPal account of your own then you may simply choose to pay with your debit or credit card in the usual way instead.
Is my online order secure with you?
All our orders at Sovereignworld.com are processed on our behalf by our card processor PayPal Europe Ltd, via our web site . PayPal are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority here in the UK and are owned by one of the largest companies in the world – Ebay.
PayPal are used by some of the worlds’ foremost companies such as Dell to process credit card orders at their web sites. Importantly for online buyers security, PayPal are also third party.
This means Sovereign World Ltd will never see your credit/debit card details at any time. PayPal also have one of the most advanced online security credit card payment systems available anywhere today and currently have over 90 million customers worldwide.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, American Express.
What currency will my order be charged in?
Sterling is the currency we accept payment in for all online orders.
However as your order is processed via credit/debit card it will be automatically converted to Sterling from your card. All the items we sell on our web site are priced in Sterling.
How do I get my ebook?
You download it to your computer. You will normally be asked you where you wish the Ebook to be saved. You can choose 'Desktop' or a file wherever you wish on your computer.
I can only read the first chapter of my Ebook - why?
Because the first chapter is a 'try before you buy' feature, allowing you to sample the book to see if it something you really wish to buy in full. This is especially helpful if you'd like to investigate an author you've never read before to give you a feel of how they write and whether you are likely to enjoy the whole book or not.
Okay, how do I actually purchase my Ebook then?
Simply open the Ebook on your PC and you will see a toolbar at the top of the page. On the right hand side of this toolbar there is a small orange banner which says 'Buy this Ebook Now!'Simply click this banner and you will be taken to a secure payment processor to enable you to pay by credit/debit card or by Pay Pal if you wish.
Okay, I've paid for my Ebook. What happens now?
You will receive an unlock code by email almost immediately after having paid for your Ebook.
Simply copy and paste this unlock code in it's entirety into the pop box entitled ' Ebook Activation'. As soon as you have done this it will unlock the book for you.
That's great. Can I send a copy of this Ebook to a friend?
Yes BUT... As soon as you try to do so, the Ebook will lock back up again and your friend will ONLY be able to read just the sample chapter as you did before you purchased the whole book.
If they wish to read the whole book they must buy the Ebook in the same way you did and they too will receive an unlock code for their copy.
Why does my Ebook not work on my laptop - it works fine on my Desktop PC?
Yes, this is because as soon as you try to transfer it to another computer/send it to someone else, it wil lock back up again, only providing the sample chapter.
This is to protect thieves distributing multiple copies. If you wish to have ONE OTHER COPY for another device you own, please email your request along with your name and CURRENT ACTIVATION CODE to sales@sovereignworld.com We will then get back to you by email and action a second and final copy for you.
How long does it take to download the Ebooks?
If you are on a dial-up connection it could take you up to 15 minutes to download an Ebook of 1MB. If you are on Broadband/ADSL then it will take 1-3 minutes or faster depending how fast your connection is.
Most Sovereign World Ebooks are between 1-3MB but some are very large - up to 9MB. Once you begin downloading you will be able to see how large the Ebook is and you can cancel it if you feel it is too large - say 4MB and you only have a dial up connection.
I have a MAC and not a PC computer will I be able to download and read the Sovereign World Ebooks on it?
At present no. The ebooks are only readable on PC's.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours or on the next working day after receipt of your order. Please be aware all items may take up to 21 working days (28 days if outside Europe) to arrive with you.
How can I change my email address?
Log into the online section by clicking here. Then click on the profile link on the menu. Enter the email address that you would like to use and the click on the "Update Email" button.
